August Retreat Bidding Rules and Information:

Welcome to the August Retreat Bidding Page!  There are a few clarifications that need to be made before you start bidding.  You will find the retreat details below along with the bidding rules.  There are perks for bidding higher so please read this entire page before placing a bid.  Bidding results will be posted regularly so be sure to check back and watch the status of your bid.  We are very excited about this retreat and we hope you are too!

This is what you are bidding on:

Admittance to the Higher Balance Institute Retreat. This includes food, lodging and instruction for the entire 6 day/ 5 night retreat.

The retreat will be held at the Institute of Noetic Sciences Retreat Center

The Retreat will Start:  August 15, 2010
The Retreat will End: August 20, 2010

Bidding Rules and Information:

Bidding Starts on June 21, 2010
Bidding Stops on July 2 6PM PST, 2010

This is how it works:

1. You place your Bid.
2. There are 3 groups.  A, B, and C
3. The higher the Bid the higher the group you will be in.
4. When you submit your Bid it needs to be higher than the lowest bid on our website for the group you bid on.
5. If your current bid is out bid, then you will lose your place and you will move down in the list.
6. If you are the last bidder and you get outbid, you will be bumped to a waiting list.
7. You may bid as many times as you like.  All Bids must be paid in FULL by the beginning of the retreat.

Minimum Starting bid: $900

This round of bidding is for 30 seats at the retreat.  If your bid gets bumped from this list, at the end of the bidding process you will be placed on a waiting list and may still be able to attend the retreat, but there are no guarantees.  The only way to guarantee a seat for you at this retreat is for you to be on this list!

The TOP Bidder receives the “perks” of the “Top 10″ and the “Top 5″.  AND a One on One walk with Eric in the magical setting of the Towering Sequoia Trees!

The 2nd, 3rd, and 4th place bidders get to have one hour with the Instructor of their choice.

Top 5 Bidders get a private dinner with Eric(So, that’s two private dinners because you’re in the Top 10!)

Top 10 Bids (The “A” List) get:

•    Guaranteed Private Room

•    Dinner with Eric as a group

Next 10 Bids (The “B” List) get:

•    Possible Private Room

•    Guaranteed Double Room

Final 10 Bids (The “C” List) get:

•    Guaranteed Attendance to the retreat
